I've bought from both! Retro Stage is often a bit more budget-friendly than ModCloth, but the styles are super similar. Quality-wise, I'd say ModCloth might have a slight edge on some materials, but Retro Stage is still solid.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack codes. And usually clearance items are excluded from other promos.
